We are excited to partner with the Blossoming Bears for their End-of-Season Banquet and help celebrate the incredible athletes and families who’ve worked so hard this year! 🙌 This is a big event, and we’d love your help to make the night unforgettable. Volunteers are needed for: 🤝 Serving Roles: Set-Up Crew (arrive at 5:00 PM) – help decorate, arrange tables, and prepare food stations Food Servers – assist with dinner service during the banquet Door Greeters – warmly welcome guests and guide them to their seats Breakdown Crew – help clean up and pack items after the banquet 📅 Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025 🕕 Time: 6:00–10:00 PM (Set-up begins at 5:00 PM) 📍 Location: Fredericksburg Library Theater, 1201 Caroline St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 This is an incredible opportunity to bless our community, support local youth, and serve families who will remember this night for years to come.
