Join us as we prepare and deliver bag lunches to day laborers waiting for work opportunities in our community. Many individuals spend hours hoping for employment, often without access to a meal. Volunteers will assemble nutritious lunches and personally deliver them with kindness and respect. This project is about more than providing food—it's about showing compassion, offering encouragement, and reminding people that they are seen and valued.
Help make our community cleaner, safer, and more beautiful by joining our Roadside Trash Cleanup project. Volunteers will work together to collect litter along local roadsides and public spaces, helping protect the environment, improve our neighborhoods, and create a more welcoming community for everyone. This is a simple but meaningful way to serve alongside others while making an immediate, visible impact. Gloves, trash bags, and other cleanup supplies will be provided. Come ready to work as a team, enjoy the outdoors, and help care for the community we all share.
Food Bank Sunday – Shift 1 (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) Join us as we kick off Food Bank Sunday by serving our community! We’ll begin by setting up tables, tents, coolers, and collection areas in our new parking lot location before attending the 9:00 AM worship experience together. After service, we’ll return outside where every volunteer will be given a role. You may be directing traffic, unloading donations, praying with drivers, sorting and organizing food, or loading items onto the Outreach Truck. Once the final car has come through for your shift, stick around to enjoy pizza and Kona Ice with the team as we celebrate what God has done together!
Join us for a special Convoy of Hope service project as we come together to make a difference for families impacted by disasters. Volunteers of all ages will help pack hygiene bags filled with essential items that provide comfort, dignity, and support during difficult times. This family-friendly event will include bag packing, food, fellowship, and fun activities for everyone. Whether you're serving alongside friends, neighbors, or your entire family, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a great time together. Come be a part of bringing hope, help, and encouragement to those in need!
Join us as we show appreciation to the dedicated men and women of our local Sheriff's Office and Police Department through Operation Bless the Badge. Volunteers will deliver fresh donuts, coffee, and flowers as a small but meaningful way to express gratitude for their service and commitment to protecting our community. This project is an opportunity to build positive relationships with our local law enforcement officers and remind them that their hard work and sacrifice are seen and appreciated. Through simple acts of kindness, we hope to encourage those who faithfully serve our community every day. We will meet at Dunkin Donuts and then head out into 2 groups.
Beauty & Belonging is a special day of encouragement and care for the mothers at the Paul Stephan Home, a maternity home serving pregnant women and mothers with young children. While the moms enjoy hair styling, makeup, and time to relax and be pampered, volunteers will engage their children with crafts, games, and fun activities, giving each mother the opportunity to enjoy a few moments of rest and self-care. This project is about more than beauty services—it's about creating a welcoming environment where every mother feels seen, valued, and supported. By caring for both moms and their children, we hope to provide a meaningful experience that fosters connection, joy, and a true sense of belonging.
Join us as we serve our community through a Prayer Drive-Thru outreach in the parking lot of our new building. Volunteers will have the opportunity to welcome guests, direct traffic, pray with community members, and help create a warm and encouraging experience for everyone who attends. This is a meaningful way to share hope, demonstrate God's love, and connect with people in our community through the power of prayer. Whether you're part of the prayer team, hospitality team, or event support crew, your presence can make a lasting impact. Come be a part of this special outreach as we serve others and help make our new building a place where people find hope, encouragement, and prayer.
Give the gift of life by donating blood at our Red Cross Blood Drive. Whether you're a first-time donor or a regular donor, your generosity can make a lasting impact. Sign up for a donation appointment and help ensure that hospitals have the blood supply they need to care for those in our community. Every donation matters, and every donor makes a difference. Join us as we host a fun-filled Community Block Party designed to bring our neighbors together! This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome the Culpeper community, build new friendships, and introduce people to the heart of Lifepoint Church. We'll have delicious food, moon bounces, face painting, games, and a few exciting surprises for the whole family to enjoy. Volunteers will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by serving food, assisting with activities, greeting guests, and engaging with families throughout the event. Together, we'll demonstrate the love of Jesus through genuine hospitality, kindness, and joyful service. Help us show the Culpeper community who Lifepoint is—not just as a church, but as the Body of Christ, committed to loving and serving our neighbors.
